The mission and main objective of ORDAX S.L. is the full satisfaction of our clients, together with compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements subscribed by the organization in relation to the transport of works of art for professionals, fairs, and exhibitions; storage and furniture warehousing; moving services and transport services for public administrations; and call center services.<\/strong><\/p>

With the implementation of the Integrated Management System<\/strong>, based on the standards UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018, and 50001:2018<\/strong>, the following objectives are established:<\/p>

  • Ensure the highest quality of our services and the satisfaction of our clients.<\/p><\/li>

  • Control our environmental aspects, minimizing the environmental impact of our activities.<\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure occupational health and safety for our staff.<\/p><\/li>

  • Manage energy in order to continuously improve our energy performance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    To achieve this, the Integrated Management System is based on the following commitments:<\/p>

    • Ensure alignment of our processes in all departments in accordance with the established reference standards.<\/p><\/li>

    • Address any detected non-conformities, whether of internal or external origin, by promoting corrective actions to solve and prevent recurrence.<\/p><\/li>

    • Establish mechanisms for problem detection and prevention, enabling immediate or corrective actions.<\/p><\/li>

    • Evaluate the environmental aspects affected by our activity; analyze their significance, and establish, monitor, and measure the actions derived.<\/p><\/li>

    • Fulfill the requirements offered to our clients in the quotes and contracts we issue, as well as any other applicable legal requirements related to quality, environment, occupational risk prevention, and energy efficiency.<\/p><\/li>

    • Establish continuous improvement as a fundamental principle, prioritizing prevention over correction.<\/p><\/li>

    • Manage and optimize activities and the use of human and material resources, including raw materials and energy, with the aim of continuous improvement, respect for the environment, life-cycle perspective, and pollution prevention.<\/p><\/li>

    • Manage waste properly as a priority within our environmental management, as part of our commitment to environmental protection.<\/p><\/li>

    • Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System through proper management of customer complaints, process and procedure compliance, internal non-conformities, employee suggestions, management reviews, etc.<\/p><\/li>

    • Effectively assign functions and responsibilities in all job positions.<\/p><\/li>

    • Prevent occupational risks that may cause harm or health deterioration, using continuous improvement in the management and performance of Occupational Health and Safety.<\/p><\/li>

    • Train, coach, and raise awareness among staff to create a favorable atmosphere for the progress of any occupational risk prevention measure, encouraging staff participation and carrying out the relevant consultations.<\/p><\/li>
